Biography

Born: Gosford, NSW 1977. Jones gained his BFA at the National Art School, Sydney. He has furthered his education abroad as a recipient of the 1997 inaugural Pat Corrigan Travelling Art Scholarship and the 2004 Brett Whiteley Travelling Art Scholarship.

In 2008 Jones was awarded the Paddington Art Prize for landscape painting. He has had twelve solo exhibitions and has been involved in over sixty group ones throughout various state, regional and commercial galleries.

He is represented by Watters Gallery, Sydney, Blockprojects, Melbourne and Venn, Perth.
