Biography

Born in Melbourne in 1973, Mary studied painting at Monash University BA (Fine Arts) Hons 1992-95. Awarded in 1996 the Elizabeth Greenshield’s Foundation Grant to travel. Studied at the New York Studio School with Robert Greenberg Fees Grant 1998 and attained an MA (Fine Arts) by research 2000-02.

Mary is represented in state and regional galleries including AGNSW and NGV. She taught drawing at Monash University and currently paints and draws in the bush on her family’s farm in the Dandenong Ranges, regularly exhibiting at Australian Galleries, Melbourne and Sydney.
