Biography

Peter Powditch was born in Sydney in 1942 and trained in fine art at the National Art School. He won the Sir John Sulman Prize in 1972 and has exhibited widely in Australia and overseas.

His work is represented in the Australian National Gallery Canberra, the Western Australian Art Gallery, the Art Gallery of South Australia and the National Gallery of Victoria.
