A rendering in graphite, this study of the banksia ‘Dryandra Nivea’ commonly known as the Honey Pot banksia explores texture, resilience and the natural form. Through tonal layering and final details, I aimed to capture its sculptural presence, quite strength and uniqueness of the gorgeous Australian native flora and fauna.
