Studied Design at the National Art School and postgraduate studies at CoFA. Art Master at The Kings School, Cambridgeshire, UK, and two years in an industrial design studio in Sydney before embarking on a full-time career as a painter, sculptor and printmaker.

He has written and illustrated eight children’s books, two of them winning international book awards and being translated into foreign languages. Represented: NGA; AGNSW; Bibliotheque National, Paris; Parliament House, Canberra; La Perouse Museum, Sydney.
